New official releases are announced both to the pca-news and this list
with a Subject like "[pca] New release: 20080311-01".
I don't follow a fixed procedure in announcing development releases, but
when it includes an important fix or a new feature I'll post about it to
this list for discussion.
A great way to get informed about new versions is pca's "update" option.
Set it to "check" in your pca.conf file, and it will check for updates
once per day (of course only when you run it). If you want to stay on
the bleeding edge, you can set "pcaurl" to point at the development
release to make it check for development instead of official releases.
See "UPDATE PCA" in the docs.
Hope this helps,
Martin.
