Hello Martin.

Thank you for the reply.
The output you requested indicates the web console is installed.

$ pkginfo -x SUNWmcon SUNWmconr SUNWmcos SUNWmcosx SUNWmctag

Thanks as well - it's always great to hear that :)

Usually, the reason why pca won't list a certain patch can only be that
you have none of the packages installed which are included in the patch.

Can you run this command:

pkginfo -x SUNWmcon SUNWmconr SUNWmcos SUNWmcosx SUNWmctag

and show us the output? This is the list of packages patched by
125952-07. If the command comes up empty, the "Sun Java Web Console"
isn't installed, and Nessus is wrong.

In that case, you force pca to show 125952 - it will not check whether
the patch actually applies, but will always show the patch.

The big question is whether the patch can be installed with patchadd (or
"pca -i 125952"). If it does install, something is wrong. If so, please
send me (by e-mail) output of:

   uname -a > uname.out
   showrev -p > showrev.out
   pkginfo -x > pkginfo.out

for further analysis.

Martin.
