My vague memory here is that in Solaris 10, Sun doesn't want people to do 
reboot because a reboot bypasses the setup for Sun Update Manager to do its
thing when the machine starts coming back up.  "Init 6" does that setup during
the shutdown (I think).  However, since you are using pca, you *do* want to 
bypass Sun's piece 'o crap code.
