The type and extent of contacts between the Troad, the North Aegean Islands, Macedonia, and their neighbours shifted over time, and may be related to many factors including the intensity of Aegean trade as well as local sociopolitical organisation. Based on my latest research on material from old and new excavations in Troy, as well as studies on finds known from other North Aegean sites, in my lecture I will discuss the patterns of distribution, and the possible origin, function, and value of objects such as jewellery, seals, stone vessels, and weapons. These sorts of finds – be they imports, imitations or indigenous products – tell us a variety of stories about local developments and regional and interregional connections from the Middle until the very end of the Late Bronze Age.</span><em><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:12.0pt;font-style:normal'> </span></em><span lang=DE><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText align=center style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:center'><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'> </span><span lang=DE><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText align=center style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:center'><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'> </span><span lang=DE><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText align=center style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:center'><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'> </span><span lang=DE><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText align=left style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:left'><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'>Montag, 28.
