Dieser Verstoß gegen das Menschenrecht auf Familienleben (Artikel 8 EMRK) ist eine direkte Folge des neuen Fremdenrechtspaketes, das seit kurzem in Kraft getreten ist. Als Draufgabe will die Fremdenpolizei nun von Herrn Brichta auch noch die Kosten für Schubhaft und Abschiebung in der Höhe von 6067 Euro einfordern.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
